HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?

Please refer to our Size Chart page for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For custom/bespoke orders, we will work with you to get your exact measurements.

 

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM/BESPOKE ORDERS?

• Nigeria (domestic): Free shipping on orders over N100,000

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Custom/bespoke orders are final sale. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

 

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Email operations@jomicouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

 

HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
