Processing Time: - Ready-to-wear pieces & accessories: 3-5 business days - Custom/bespoke orders: 10-15 business days Shipping Rates & Delivery: - Nigeria (domestic): Free shipping on orders over N100,000. Standard delivery 2-4 business days. - United States: Complimentary shipping on orders over $200. Standard delivery 7-14 business days. - International: Calculated at checkout. Delivery typically 10-21 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. RETURNS & EXCHANGES We want you to love your JOMI piece. If something is not right, we are here to help. Return Policy: - Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. - Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. - Custom/bespoke orders are final sale and cannot be returned. How to Start a Return: Email operations@jomicouture.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Exchanges: We are happy to exchange ready-to-wear items for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
